In our organization, safety plays a key role in day-to-day operations. Therefore, we are pleased to report the achievement of 419 accident-free days—an outcome that confirms the effectiveness of our efforts and the commitment of the entire team.

Today provided an opportunity to reflect on this success and to express our appreciation to all employees for their responsible approach to safety. Taking care of one’s own health and well-being, as well as looking out for colleagues, forms the foundation of how our organization operates.

To mark this occasion, symbolic tokens of appreciation were prepared for employees. Everyone received a first aid kit, highlighting the importance of prevention and readiness to respond in situations requiring immediate assistance. Some of the kits also included additional items, such as company-branded merchandise and refreshments for entire teams.

However, achieving 419 accident-free days is прежде all the result of consistently building a strong safety culture. This culture is based on responsibility, mutual awareness, and the understanding that each employee has a real impact on creating a safe working environment.
